Yokohma, Kanagawa-ku - November 2006 - The Japanese YMCA students visited the homely Indian Culinary Institute to learn Indian seafood recipes early this November 2006.

The group of students all above their fifties, learning English language, along with their English teacher joined the culinary class at 10:00AM. With a little introduction, the students got prepared wearing their neat aprons - to learn how to cook Indian recipes. All full of enthusiast, they looked at every step the culinary expert went through to get prepared for preparing India seafood recipes and side dishes with it.

"It is a wonderful experience, We had never had a chance to learn and cook Indian recipes so close and in a friendly manner as this. It was more interesting to see us eat what we cooked. It was a great fun and I am looking forward to visit again", said one of the students. At the culinary class students learn Indian techniques with inventiveness in cooking Indian recipes, The curriculum is a rigorous with fun, hands-on program that gets  challenging non-professional anyone with a passion for cooking the chance to acquire the skills they desire in cooking Indian recipes.
