Once a year, IACP members from around the globe gather for several days of networking, learning, and information exchange at the annual conference. Attendees include long-time and brand new IACP members. The IACP Awards Ceremony held during the conference celebrates notable contributions to the culinary landscape, and the half-day Culinary Showcase connects members to the latest products and services, and the innovators who supply them.
The conference offers master classes, educational seminars, section and committee forums, local tours and excursions, networking receptions, and plenty of time to catch up with friends while enjoying the culture and cuisine of the host city. Registration is customizable, with day pass options if you are unable to attend the entire conference, and pre-conference programming to extend your experience.
