Quality Initiatives

NATH Corporation recognizes the following "Key Practices as the first step towards achieving Total Quality Management :  

-          Commitment to perform: This describes the actions that are to be taken to ensure that the software development process is established and will endure.

-          Ability to Perform: This describes the preconditions that must exist in the Organization to implement the software development process competently. It typically involves Organizational Resources, Structure and Training.

-          Activities Performed: This describes the roles and procedures necessary to implement a key process area. It typically involves establishing plans and procedures, performing the work, tracking it, and taking corrective actions as necessary.

 

Quality Management Assurance System (QMAS)

NATH Corporation and its divisions began its ISO initiative for process mapping from day one and follow ISO9000 compliant process. As part of the ISO initiative we laid out institutionalization of Quality Management Assurance System (QMAS), formal project management, review and control procedures, formal methods for software engineering practices and formal process change mechanism. QWeb is a web-based, quality management system that allows instantaneous access and facilitates sharing of knowledge and best practices among all projects within the organization.

 

 

Food Safety Management

NATH Food Services have outlined policies that requires all food supplied to or delivered within and by the company is produced, stored, handled and transported to the highest standards of hygiene to meet the requirements of the Food Safety. The Policy sets down the framework for food preparation and supply to and within its outlets and the customers. Any member of the company who do not complying with its requirements take on a personal liability for any consequences arising from those actions. It applies to all where food is supplied by retail and catering outlets to its customers. The active implementation of this policy is taken into consideration the company?s legal obligations with respect to disability discrimination, race relations and heath and safety. This Policy does not apply to food brought onto company?s outlet premises for own consumption, including consumption by customers or purchased and prepared by the customers who carry them in.
